Our British Queen, Her Royal Highness, is the longest-reigning female monarch in world history. Her reign started 6 Feb 1952 and on the 9th of September 2015 surpassed her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria as being a long-standing monarch.

Queen Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926.  Her Chinese Zodiac is the Taurus and was born in the year of the Tiger. She then celebrated her diamond jubilee which marked her 60th year, She and Queen Victoria were the only monarchs to get to the diamond and Queen Elizabeth was the only Monarch to get to the sapphire jubilee at 65 years.

The Queen Named the new Hitachi brand Intercity Express Train ( IET) Queen Elizabeth II on 14th June 2017. Paddington Station. The first major update of the intercity fleet in 20 years. They are longer faster, more frequent, ventilated, more facilities, the smoother quieter experience we have observed too.

On the 14th of June 2017 HRH, the Queen marked the 175th Anniversary of the first railway journey that a monarch made. In 1842 on the 13th June Queen Victoria became the first British Monarch to travel by train when she made a journey from Slough to Paddington. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh recreated this journey in 2017 and were greeted at Slough by school children presenting art.
